Job Description
The Change Order Pricing Analyst owns and manages change orders for North America, in accordance with global processes and policies. You will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary departments are notified and follow through when a change needs to be made to an order. You will assure orders are priced correctly in our internal systems to ensure correct invoicing and to avoid disputes, and effectively provide day-to-day support for North America Fisher First 2 (FF2) users.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:- Perform initial review of incoming Change Requests to determine process flow and how to handle change.
- Work with internal stakeholders to determine pricing and lead-time impact of the requested changes.
- Communicate with Emerson Impact Partners to resolve issues, notify them of pricing and lead-time impacts, and provide guidance on how to proceed with their change request (including how the fees will be assessed).
- Update pricing and commissions in Oracle and FF2 as needed.
- Identify and initiate continuous improvement efforts.
- Investigate and resolve pricing errors and disputes.
- Troubleshoot FF2 issues as logged by users, and work with the development team to provide appropriate solutions to users.

For This Role, You Will Need:- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience considered
- MS Office (Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Ability to learn internal tools and computer systems (Oracle, FF2, FLEx, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to learn basic product knowledge
- Ability to follow structured processes
- Legal Authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this role
- Microsoft SQL
