Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of innovative and functional buildings. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create architectural plans that meet the needs and vision of our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural designs and plans based on client requirements and specifications

- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and models using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software

- Utilize Revit to create 3D models and renderings

- Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility and functionality of designs

- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications

- Review and revise designs based on client feedback and budget constraints

- Prepare project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines

- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field

- Proven experience as an Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar) and Revit

- Knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members

- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve to overcome design challenges

- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience in contract negotiation is a plus
