Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar) and Revit
- Knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve to overcome design challenges
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in contract negotiation is a plus
