We are looking for a skilled Print Machine Operator to manage our digital printers for cylindrical objects and drinkware. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare job files and QC artwork using Adobe Illustrator
• Load the printing equipment with appropriate material according to customer specifications
• Coordinate jobs at the printers using the machine’s software
• View the print job while it’s running to ensure quality and avoid printer errors and color flaws
• Follow job specifications for the finishing process and deliver orders appropriately
• Rips digital files for production
• Loads/unloads finished product from machine
• Makes efficient use of inventory on hand
• Operates all print equipment
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• On-the-job training provided
• Experience using a Vortex Printing Machine is strongly preferred
• Proficient with basic Adobe Illustrator and other graphics-related software
• Able to operate various printing machines and related software
• Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions.

Physical Requirements:

• Some periods working on a computer and operating digital printing machines
• Must be able to navigate a warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
• Must be able to stand for long periods

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
