The Production Coordinator is a team builder who will be tasked with the growth, care, and discipleship of team members in their assigned area. This will include collaborating with the Worship & Production team on creating environments at all campuses where people “encounter the Presence of Jesus”. All Staff/Contractors are tasked with helping the mission of our church to “Introduce our friends to Jesus, learn to follow Him, and celebrate His Presence in our lives.”

Primary Responsibilities

• Assisting in the vision, ideation, and development of the Production Ministry serving both the Weekend Services and Cove Students at Mooresville
• Able to think through an expansive scope, plan both operationally and relationally
• Has a passion to help people grow personally and spiritually
• Build a collaborative culture with Campus Staff and leadership
•  Liaison between campuses to maintain audio, video and streaming standards during weekend services
•  Manage Resi Streaming Platform Globally
• Lead, train and develop production volunteers at the Mooresville Campus
• Lead, train and develop Cove Students production volunteers at the Mooresville Campus
•  Collaborate with other Production Director and Coordinators in the recruiting, developing, and scheduling of Production Team Volunteers at MVL campus.
• Pursue personal development at every opportunity, Be the primary driver of your personal and professional growth.
• Lead and assist in the area of lighting, video and set design
•  Program Weekend Lighting Schemes and Assist Cove Students
•  Communicate with Communications Ministry and Teaching Team to coordinate weekend assets
•  Manage ProPresenter Platform and create/build service content with provided graphics, scripture, message content (Weekend Services, Cove Students and Special Events)
• Seek feedback, from supervisor, peers, and team members
• Weekly Time Allocation (40 hours): Weekend / Midweek Services - 50%, Meetings- 20%, Training/Development - 15%, Relational Equity - 15%

• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and major holidays
