Job Description:
Duties for this position include processing incoming and outgoing mail, completing any printing/scanning/copying jobs as they come in throughout the day, frequently checking mailstops throughout the building and bringing any mail to the copy center for processing, and covering breaks for reception.
Someone who will succeed in this role has worked in a mailroom, staples copy center etc.
Has knowledge of adobe acrobat (PDFs) and some excel.
Customer service experience is required.
Lifting won't be over 50lbs., if lifting over 50 lbs is needed assistance will be available. The role will require some frequent standing.
Hand deliveries to banks/courthouses and other offices as needed in a 2-mile radius of our office.
