Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We are seeking a Supervisor, Print Production for our print shop facility located inside of our newly built Dallas-area Regional Distribution Center. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong leadership skills. This is a working supervisor role, which means that you will be responsible for both supervision and for producing print materials. Role responsibilities include:

• Managing and approving print production schedules, print specifications, and internal budgets.
• Overseeing requests for bids, customer orders, and purchase orders for vendors.
• Creating production schedule for materials needed at manufacturing plants and corporate offices.
• Processing weekly and monthly billing reports and other administrative tasks.
• Leading and directing the work of the print production and print distribution teams, including coaching, delegating, and training.
• Performing additional necessary tasks in production and distribution.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $68,000 - $89,250 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

• Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience.
• Strong knowledge of production techniques and processes. Negotiation and budgeting ability. Effective team leadership. Effective written and verbal communication.
