Responsibilities:
- Operate screen printing equipment to print designs onto various materials
- Prepare screens by coating them with emulsion and exposing them to UV light
- Mix and prepare inks for printing
- Set up and adjust printing machines for optimal print quality
- Load and unload materials onto printing machines
- Monitor print runs to ensure quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the printing process
- Clean and maintain printing equipment, screens and work area

Experience:
- Previous experience in screen printing is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity with the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
