    We welcome you to join our collection of prestige private clubs in North Naples, Florida. The Floridian Club, The Club at Kalea Bay, and The Club at Moraya Bay are three private clubs part of Soave Hospitality Group, Inc., a subsidiary of Soave Enterprises, a Southeast Michigan-based firm. We are urgently looking for a Privacy Guard to join our team. This is a regular full-time position with the schedule listed below:
    Monday and Tuesday from 3 PM - 11 PM
    Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7 AM - 3 PM
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
    • Greet and assist guests upon arrival at the entrance gate; provide directions as needed
    • Greet and assist vendors/contractors/realtors
    • Verify each person entering the community and that they have proper permissions to enter
    • Review reports and logs and follow up on incidents per the request of the Security Director
    • If assigned, Patrol property at intervals, looking for suspicious activity or hazards
    • Monitor the security system and alert the Community Control Director of any suspicious persons or activity
    • Respond to guest requests quickly and courteously.
    • Maintain database and resident data
    • Maintain and issue bar code and gate access stickers
    • Maintain Patrol vehicle's operation and cleanliness
    • Assist guests/employees during emergencies by calling 911 - Notify appropriate individuals or Authorities in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents. Produce incident reports
    Education/Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in privacy or related field
    • Strong understanding of privacy laws and regulations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
