Coldwell Banker Island Vacations is a premier Vacation Rental Management company looking for a Guest Relations Coordinator to help service our properties.

Duties to include:

• Pre arrival checks for each home
• Contact with the guest before, during and after the stay
• Anticipate needs and wants of the guests PRIOR to arrival by reviewing reservation requests are engaging with guest before arrival
• Resolve issues such as maintenance, housekeeping, disturbances, etc.
• Other duties, as assigned

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication and writing skills
• Computer and email skills are essential
• Understanding of local culture, activities and history is a plus
• Be OBSESSED with the details

Requirements:

• Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and be comfortable driving significant distances
• Hospitality or related customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to work weekends and holiday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
