Banker Insulation is currently searching for an in-office Estimator for our Chandler, AZ branch.

Duties:

• Help the branch grow sales and capture positive customer experiences by working with Field Sales Representatives and residential and commercial customers regarding customer insulation needs
• Write up estimates and present them to the customer, providing customer service/follow up throughout the sales and project process
• Track estimates and responses to ensure that customer needs are met

• Ability to read & interpret blueprints and construction plans preferred
• Prior sales experience and an understanding of sales and marketing techniques
• Comfortable communicating with customers regarding pricing, options, and change orders
• Common knowledge of building materials and construction processes
• Detail orientated and customer focused
• Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds at multi-story residential sites and commercial buildings, work at heights, lift heavy items, and safely climb in and out of small and non-climate controlled environments (attics, crawlspaces, etc.)
• Able to withstand heat, dust, and various weather and environmental conditions of a construction site

Banker Insulation offers a base salary (42-47K/year DOE) and a quarterly bonus (if sales goals are met). The typical schedule for this role is M-F from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. with a 1 hour lunch break.
