The Digital Banking Representative is responsible for assisting customers with basic online and mobile functions, including online banking enrollment, password resets, and answering related questions. He or she ensures customers are promptly, courteously and professionally served. The Digital Banking Representative resolves operational problems, monitors online correspondence, and handles difficult customer situations. He or she provides technical support services and ensures software and computer-related issues are resolved. The Digital Banking Representative works with the Digital Banking team to coordinate online banking service activities (to include retail, commercial, mobile, bill payment and telephone banking), with bank-wide goals and objectives. He or she completes required reports and records. The Digital Banking Representative performs the duties of department personnel as needed.
