Job Title: Label Program Manager- REMOTE

Location: This position is remotely based from a home office anywhere within the United States.

What you will do:

• Train and Learn the Clinical Labeling Industry
• Assume responsible of existing customer base; focus on growing existing customer base and new customer sales by working to meet business goals set by management
• Build and maintain existing Customer Base through Customer Service, Frequent Client Interaction and technical Expertise
• Provide business support to client specific team(s) within Client Services to ensure end to end customer satisfaction and accuracy of all jobs pertaining to client accounts
• Address Labeling questions
• Review Quote Requests
• Facilitate Client Contracts; CDAs, MSAs & Technical Agreements
• Understand how products and services are quoted
• Perform job follow-up for all assigned accounts
• Track and communicate customer job metrics; win/loss, RFT, on time delivery, etc.
• Identify and recommend solutions to address Client Loss Scenarios
• Work to procure customer pipelines and share with senior management
• Coordinate Client Projects with Operations
• Manage Client Special Requests/Schedule Changes
• Participate in audits and manage site visits
• Address complaints with QA; PRs/CAPAs
• Attend trade shows/Exhibitions, workshops and Seminars
• Coordinate/Schedule Customer site visits to insure frequent customer contact
• Provide technical label support for Clinical Label Services and Packaging sites
• Strong problem solving skills and exercise good judgement and appropriate discretion to reach favorable conclusions

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years experience within Clinical Supply and/or Pharmaceutical Industry or related field preferred
• Valid Driver's license
• Valid Passport
• Equivalent Life/Work Experience
• High level of Business Acumen in both Administration and Business Strategies
• Familiarity with Printing Techniques, Equipment and Components
• Strong Interpersonal Skills; Client Interaction and Problem Solving Abilities (Communications)
• Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
• Proficiencies in MS Office / Adobe Products
• Up to 25% travel
