Private Label Manager is responsible for the design and production of products for private labels. Develops merchandising strategies, budgets, sales targets, and profit objectives. Being a Private Label Manager ensures that the label meets sales and profit goals. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Private Label Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. To be a Private Label Manager typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Position Summary:
Create and maintain label database, print product labels for Finished Products on a daily basis, create, update, source and maintain signage, fliers, update boards etc. Clean, repair and maintain printers and applicators.
Responsibilities:
Working Relationships: Production, Packaging, QC, Retail, and office staff.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education: Associates degree or above.
Minimum Experience: 2 Years of Experience
Preferred Experience: 3 Years of Experience working with Easy Label or similar labeling software.
Licenses/Certifications: N/A
Soft Skills: Problem solving; critical thinking; reasoning abilities; detail oriented, writing skills, familiarity with general computer applications such as Microsoft Office - spreadsheet software and word processing Ability to communicate and interact with all team members and management within the organization.

Hours & Conditions: Must be available to work Monday through Friday between 6:00am and 6:00 pm to include Saturday work as needed.
