Position Summary:

Create and maintain label database, print product labels for Finished Products on a daily basis, create, update, source and maintain signage, fliers, update boards etc. Clean, repair and maintain printers and applicators.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure food safety and quality.
• Print Labels for Packaging and Production Departments.
• Maintain Label Formats and Database to ensure compliance.
• Create or modify label formats and signs.
• Work with internal customers to understand label requirements
• Clean, Repair and Maintain labeling and application equipment.
• Able to troubleshoot minor issues (ex. Label jams, mis-alignments, etc.)
• Maintain label inventories and ensure stock rotation and organization.
• Other duties as assigned.

Working Relationships: Production, Packaging, QC, Retail, and office staff.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education: Associates degree or above.

Minimum Experience: 2 Years of Experience

Preferred Experience: 3 Years of Experience working with Easy Label or similar labeling software.

Licenses/Certifications: N/A

Soft Skills: Problem solving; critical thinking; reasoning abilities; detail oriented, writing skills, familiarity with general computer applications such as Microsoft Office - spreadsheet software and word processing Ability to communicate and interact with all team members and management within the organization.

Travel: None and/or minimal

Hours & Conditions: Must be available to work Monday through Friday between 6:00am and 6:00 pm to include Saturday work as needed.
