As an Injection Molding Process Engineer (also known as Manufacturing Process Engineer, Injection Molding Specialist), you'll plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing equipment and processes to produce high-quality injection molded products. You'll be responsible for New Product Introduction (NPI) tool debugging, process development, tool validation, and work instructions. This hands-on role involves spending a significant amount of time in the manufacturing area or toolroom supporting NPI and continuous improvement activities. You'll also monitor process effectiveness, document and present findings, and provide training to other injection molding personnel.
