Process Improvement Analyst jobs in Chillicothe, OH

• Admissions of patients seeking services for detoxification of drugs

• Administration of taper medications and MATs

• Evaluation of withdrawal symptoms

• Maintain accurate documentation and notes.

• Provide emotional support to patients

• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and prioritize while performing nursing duties

• Obtain and document patient history, vitals, etc

• Candidates must possess current State of Ohio LPN license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
