A Senior Process Improvement Leader is the most experienced process improvement practitioner at Erie Family Health Centers. Supports organization-wide performance/quality improvement, and compliance programs. The role will serve as a project manager for multiple initiatives at any given time at the agency level, guiding the project team, driving appropriate analyses, meeting project goals, managing timelines, and working with the executive sponsor and business owner to successfully implement the plan, new processes, technology or strategies. Trains and mentors Leadership Team on process improvement principles and methodologies. Participates in performance measurement and contributes to development and execution of quality management and improvement plans.
