Process Improvement Manager jobs in Rhodhiss, NC

Description:

 Analyze process reliability and develop and implement process changes to improve this measure.

 Write and modify batchsheets (Pilot Plant or Production) for assigned processes for new or existing products detailing in adequate detail the processing steps

and key parameters to ensure process reliability and capability while following established procedures.

 Improve product capability (CPK) of assigned products within process areas and investigate and implement corrective action on out-of-control products.

 Develop corrective and preventive action for processing failures in the areas of off-quality, late orders, and complaints.

 Generate cost improvement projects within assigned process areas and elsewhere as feasible and report progress periodically.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- Ideally looking for a chemical engineer with process improvement

- B.S. Degree in Chemical

- can be in other engineering degrees depending on experience

- Can be entry level but needs an internship(s) in chemicals

- Some process design for process improvement

- Cost saving projects are a PLUS
