Hudson Institute of Process Research Incorporated (“HIPR”) is working with a major immigration law firm on the hunt for Bilingual Client Success Manager to work onsite in the Cambridge,MA area to manage global immigration cases.

This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in the law / legal field, receiving training and exposure to the field of federal law and assisting in global talent migration. Ideal applicants should be able to work 40 hours every week.

Job Duties:

• Finalize, scan, bind and ship I-140, RFE, and I-485 packages.
• Sorting and delivering incoming mail and collecting and sending outgoing mail.
• Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff.
• Interacting with clients and handling clients’ queries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Place USCIS service request calls.
• Handle premium processing forms.
• Answer client messages in the case management system (CMS), subject to attorney approval.
• Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required.
• Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order.
• Other Admirative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Have a BA or MA degree.
• Excellent English writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding client service skills.
• A high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated professional demeanor.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
