Process Service Clerk jobs in the United States

Busy legal services company with openings for independent contractors in Fulton and Montgomery Counties.

Contractors must:

• Be honest, reliable and diligent when tending to their work.
• Have a reliable vehicle (registered and insured).
• Have a smart phone or tablet.

Contractors responsibilities include:

• Serving the documents in a timely manner.
• Uploading GPS photo and service/bad address information via app on a daily basis.
• Signing the affidavits, getting them notarized and returning them to us in a timely manner (we produce them and email them to you).
