Job Description
The Product Design Manager (PDM) is responsible for leading, growing and development of the Product Design team and its members. They also have major responsibilities for the creative development process with the team, and the review and enhancement of both existing and new products from concept to launch as needed. They will evaluate and ensure the feasibility and optimization design of potential and current products with the team, and is responsible for organizing timelines and milestones of multiple product launches and coordinating with outside partners for successful execution of work and contracts at the same time. They play an integral role in the Product and Pre-Construction group and work regularly with other departments of Destination Homes. Creativity, Leadership and Time Management will be a major skill the Product Design Manager will need to have.
