Product Development Analyst jobs in El Monte, CA

Main purpose of the position: 

The Product Development & Production Analyst will be responsible for overseeing fabric tracking of raw materials, reviewing and providing coding for sample invoices, and assisting with audit samples. This position will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process optimization and ensuring accurate tracking. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive initiatives for operational excellence.

Position responsibilities and daily tasks:

• Monitor and track raw material inventory levels, including fabric, ensuring accurate and timely replenishment to meet production demands.
• Maintain accurate records of fabric inventory levels and transactions.
• Review sample invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all relevant information is captured.
• Provide coding for sample invoices according to accounting guidelines.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure that sample invoices are recorded properly.
• Assist in the selection of denim samples for audit, ensuring compliance with audit procedures and standards.
• Provide support to auditors by retrieving and organizing data and documentation as needed.
• Make recommendations for process enhancements and inventory optimization based on data analysis and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement best practices
• Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist with addressing receiving costing or data issues with Acct Admin and AP

• Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with invoice coding.

Minimum candidate qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills, software, etc):

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Basic problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills, software, etc):

• 3 Years of Accounting experience
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $68,000 to $70,000 per year.
