Construction Project Manager Position

Along with excellent plan review skills, we are looking for 10-15 years’ experience in related work. Our work is located in proximity to our office. This position is full time of course and not remote. Construction is hands on and so are we. Compensation and benefits generous.

Description:

· Project Manager responsibilities include; estimating, sub-contracts, scope outlines, RFI’s, project schedules, budget management, billings

· Fully and intuitively manage construction scope, material, performance, logistics of subs- all with organized, detailed and timely execution

· Seamlessly and with care integrate into the team all in service of the client and toward great quality outcomes

· Maintain quality control of processes and functions

· Ensure a robust and active relationship with subcontractors

· Direct and coordinate work in accordance with the plans and spec’s

· Coordinate municipal compliance

· Identify scope and construct schedules to achieve the objectives

· Identify conflicts, concerns, and issues ahead of time- identify solutions in time

· Perform PM responsibilities on multiple projects concurrently

· Organize and execute job meetings, progress reports, punch lists etc

· Assist in sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
