Job Title: Heavy Civil Project Manager

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 DOE

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Heavy Civil Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing underground utility project, as well as water and wastewater treatment plant projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of heavy civil construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Lead the project team and oversee subcontractors to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget
• Ensure project compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and requirements
• Manage and mitigate project risks, conflicts, and issues
• Communicate project status and progress to senior management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve design, construction, and quality issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on underground utility and water and wastewater treatment plant projects
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience in Viewpoint Spectrum Construction Software, HCSS Heavy Job Construction Software, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate project teams
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as relevant codes, standards, and regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
