Position Overview:

As a Product Development Specialist, you will be an integral part of our product development team, contributing to the creation and enhancement of promotional products from conception to production. You will work closely with senior members of the team to research market trends, brainstorm ideas, and coordinate with suppliers to bring products to life. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product development within the dynamic promotional industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products within the promotional industry.

Idea Generation: Collaborate with team members to generate innovative ideas for new promotional products, considering factors such as functionality, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness.

Supplier Coordination: Liaise with external suppliers and manufacturers to source materials, obtain quotes, and oversee the production process, ensuring quality standards are met.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of product specifications, development progress, and supplier communications. Prepare regular reports for senior management to track project milestones and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree OR 3 years’ experience in a similar role in the promotional industry.
• Previous internship or entry-level experience in product development, preferably within the promotional products industry.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering high-quality products that exceed client expectations.

This position is Hybrid, employee will need to report to the office located at 771 Indian Springs Road, Indiana PA at least 3x per week.
