hybrid :position and we're looking for this person to come into the Rocky Hill, CT office
twice: a week.
Product Marketing Coordinator Overview::
ebbo is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to join our Product Marketing Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, this person will support all functions of the Product Marketing Team, including product development, acquisition marketing, and communications.
Duties and Responsibilities of Product Marketing Coordinator::
- Support initiatives within the user experience, member communications and acquisition marketing.
- Assist with writing creative and technical requirements/specs.
- Assist in UX Reviews and proofing of digital/print material.
- Audit web and communication assets as needed including end to end member experience monitoring and documentation.
- Collaborate cross functionally to brainstorm new creative ideas for member communications, product enhancements, and acquisition strategies.
- Perform research to understand user behavior and consumer trends.
- Update content in our proprietary admin tool to support product configurations, promotion set up, affiliate settings and web CMS content.
- Track success metrics and report on product KPIs. Distribute reports internally and with external clients.
Skills and Experience of: Product Marketing Coordinator:
- 1 years of related experience.
- Experience with marketing tools & technology.
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Passion for data and analytics.
- Proficient time-management skills with capacity to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to react to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects at once.
- Team player with the ability to build relationships to achieve team goals.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
