- POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a talented Production Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional technical skills, and a genuine passion for production work. As a Production Artist, you will collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and fellow team members to produce a wide range of assets, spanning from digital to print. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all deliverables meet our high-quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines. This role demands a unique blend of creativity and technical proficiency, where your contributions will play a crucial role in our creative workflow. Portfolio required upon applying. RESPONSIBILITIES: Graphic Production: Transform design concepts into print and digital assets such as advertisements, packaging, brochures, banners, and web graphics, while ensuring accuracy and consistency. File Preparation: Prepare and set up files for printing and digital distribution, including preflighting, color correction, image manipulation, and optimization for different platforms and formats. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on all deliverables to ensure they meet brand standards, specifications, and project requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, art directors, and other team members to understand project goals, provide input, and contribute to the creative process. Adherence to Deadlines & Design Standards: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, follow manufacturer standards, and deliver high-quality work within established timelines. Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address feedback, clarify requirements, and ensure project objectives are met. Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and production to continuously improve skills and processes. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, production art, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software. Technical Skills: Proficient in prepress and production processes, including color management, file preparation, and output for both print and digital media. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect, error-free work on time and within budget. Collaborative Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, taking direction and feedback gracefully while also contributing ideas and solutions. Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering high-quality results. Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of production work, demonstrating design capabilities, creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
