Production Worker - Masker

Premium Powder Coating is seeking consistent and reliable employees that are looking for long term employment. PPC is one of the largest and cleanest powder coating facilities in Colorado. Our location is a 60,000 square facility located in Longmont. PPC has been in business 23 years and is expanding. Employees work 40 hours per week with the opportunity of overtime. No previous experience is required, we will train for any open positions. Advancement opportunity within the company is available and encouraged for those who are eager to learn new skills.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Following written instructions on work ticket riders
• Masking, plugging and preparing parts for powder coating
• Updating a real time schedule of jobs in process

Attention to detail is key for any applicant. This is an introductory position, and you will have the opportunity to move to different departments as you gain experience. Position requires the ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, reach and stoop throughout the day. You must be able to be on your feet for an 8 to10 hour shift.

First shift is available Monday through Friday.

Starting pay at $18.00 per hour plus consideration for previous powder coating experience.
