Production Assistant assists with coordinating the production of television or web broadcasts, shows, or videos. Monitors designated schedules and timelines to ensure each phase of production stays on track. Being a Production Assistant collaborates with technical specialists and operators for each production's camera, sound, and lighting. Helps with set-up and operation of production equipment such as consoles or teleprompter, and completes any miscellaneous tasks needed for production. Additionally, Production Assistant may require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Production Assistant works under moderate supervision. JOB SCOPE
This position reports to the Shift Manager and is responsible for formulating and mixing flour-based food products. When necessary to sustain operations or perform other duties in the Blending operation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma (or G.E.D. equivalency) is required; Experience or additional training in food manufacturing settings are highly preferred.
2. Experience in batch processing in a food processing environment
3. Experience with blending machinery including computerized weight scales, and electrically operated conveyors and packaging equipment
4. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
