Production Assistant jobs in Richmond, KY

The Part-Time Systems Assistant will serve Southland by providing systems support across all of Southland’s venues. They will work with the Systems Specialist and Production Lead team to execute repairs, maintenance, and planned updates across Southland Production’s technical systems. Everything will be done striving to have a Christ-centered attitude while supporting the vision and mission of Southland.

• Involved in the planning and execution of repairs, maintenance, and updates for Southland Production
• Assist with developing and maintaining documentation of technical systems
• Work within existing support ticket system to assess needs and facilitate solutions
• Creating and maintaining organizational systems to support Southland’s production teamSupport services, events, and production team initiatives as needed
• Field technical support calls from production staff team and volunteers
• Other duties as assigned

• 1 years experience in live production preferred
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Desire to learn: we expect you to grow alongside us through intentional investment from our production team.
• Ability to learn new technologies and implement them
• Must be a team player and intentional communicator

The schedule for this position is 20 hours/week and will involve some evening and weekend work.
