Production Assistant assists with coordinating the production of television or web broadcasts, shows, or videos. Monitors designated schedules and timelines to ensure each phase of production stays on track. Being a Production Assistant collaborates with technical specialists and operators for each production's camera, sound, and lighting. Helps with set-up and operation of production equipment such as consoles or teleprompter, and completes any miscellaneous tasks needed for production. Additionally, Production Assistant may require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Production Assistant works under moderate supervision. The Production Farm, Inc is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization licensed to provide Outpatient and Behavioral Health services in Sheboygan and Manitowoc counties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and mental health assessments to patients.
-Collaborate with internal providers and partner organizations to manage patients or families regarding prevention, early identification, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral concerns.
-Participate in planning and implementation of therapeutic programming.
-Provide ongoing individual, family, and/or group therapy.
-Coordinate with county mental health services for continuity of care and discharge planning.

-Facilitate training for mental health-related issues as necessary and requested.
