The Production Farm, Inc is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization licensed to provide Outpatient and Behavioral Health services in Sheboygan and Manitowoc counties.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide diagnostic and mental health assessments to patients.

-Collaborate with internal providers and partner organizations to manage patients or families regarding prevention, early identification, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral concerns.

-Participate in planning and implementation of therapeutic programming.

-Provide ongoing individual, family, and/or group therapy.

-Coordinate with county mental health services for continuity of care and discharge planning.

-Complete documentation of services rendered

-Facilitate training for mental health-related issues as necessary and requested.

Qualifications:

• Possess a master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Hold a valid and active license as a Counselor In-Training (i.e., LPC-IT, LMHC-TL, APSW) in the state of Wisconsin.
• Expertise in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions to address various mental health concerns.
• Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport, build therapeutic relationships, and effectively collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice, ensuring client confidentiality and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for staying updated with advancements in the field of mental health counseling.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and proficiency in maintaining accurate and organized client documentation.
