Production Assistant - Web jobs in Durham, NC

I need a trustworthy, professional personal assistant who is willing to take on any task that needs to be done. I own serveral businesses and need help each week with various tasks in my businesses as well as errands/tasks for my home to help me be more efficient. 2025 is going to be a busy year for me and I need a good right hand person to help me be my best.

The ideal candidate will be someone who:

Will be thorough in their work and is dependable
Must be honest (own your mistakes)
Must be punctual and resourceful
Doesn't mind making phone calls and has professional phone etiquette
Comfortable with computers and learns systems easily
Experienced with social media posting/management is a plus
Experienced with bookkeeping/accounting is a plus
Pays attention to detail and thinks ahead to how to do things more efficiently, anticipating problems before they happen
Doesn't mind doing menial tasks if that is what is needing to be done

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
