Our Production Production/Fulfillment Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day efficiencies, productivity, and accountable for the quality of our handcrafted products.

The ideal candidate for this position is an energetic self-starter, reliable, motivated individual that displays a sense of pride in producing quality products, welcomes the opportunity to learn new things, and work within a positive team atmosphere.

You don’t even have to have experience with candles, you just need to love them!

Primary Job Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate Sea Love’s World Class Service and provide added value to our team

• Provide a safe environment and be the example of safety protocols

· Prep, label, and clean vessels with quality and highest care

• Restock shelves, conduct regular product inventory, manage supply levels, fulfillment of wholesale and website orders accordingly

· Assist with daily cleaning tasks to maintain clean and safe working stations

• Actively participate and create behind-the-scenes content (photos and video reels) for social media engagement and marketing priorities
• Work collaboratively with entire home office team for maximum output of products
• Cross train in all departments

Pay: $36,000.00 - $41,600.00 per year
