Reporting to the Production Supervisors, The Production Administrative Assistant main focus is employee attendance. The Production Administrative Assistant will track and monitor employee attendance and enforce rules which contribute to the administration and day-to-day operations of the production functions and duties. In addition to the implementation of services, policies, and programs through HR staff, The Production Administrative Assistant will assist company managers with any other issues that may arise.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The essential functions listed below are not intended to reflect all duties that may be assigned to this position. Allan Brothers may augment duties, including essential functions, at its discretion.)

• Organize and maintain databases with employee scheduling and up-to-date attendance records.
• Assist with the management of employee dress code/food safety policies and partner with the appropriate supervisors/leads to address any violations.
• Assisting employees with the clock in process and addressing any punching issues by re-enrolling employees in system or sending employees who cannot register to HR office.
• Communicating with Production Supervisors in regards to any attendance issues.
• Additional job duties as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENTRY:

• Work well under pressure
• Ability to multitask in an accurate and efficient manner
• Communicate with excellent ability - both written and verbal
• Bilingual (English and Spanish, written and verbal) preferred
• Must be a team player and maintain a positive, professional attitude
• Have strong computer skills
• Be detail oriented & organized
• Be willing to work flexible hours and weekends
• HR experience required

EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION/LICENSES, AND TRAINING:

• High School diploma or GED equivalency required.
• 2 year degree in business or HR preferred.
• Experience working in an office environment preferred.

Job Type: Seasonal, Full-time

• Sunday - Saturday

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: From $17.28 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Office Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
