Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that production goals are met while adhering to set production standards and procedures.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to maintain high levels of performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality control,
• Work effectively with other supervisors and managers to meet daily, monthly and annual production goals,
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to identify potential safety hazards or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency and resolve any operational issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including inventory levels, and waste management.

Requirements

• Strong basic math skills for inventory management and production calculations.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment through proper sanitation practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.05 - $31.58 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
