Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience in food processing, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and food safety standards. You must have strong leadership skills

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and efficiency standards
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule manufacturing activities
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA regulations
- Inspect equipment, fabricate parts if needed, and perform maintenance tasks
- Oversee inventory levels and order materials as necessary
- Sanitate production areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

Requirements:

- Prior experience in a production control role, preferably in automotive
- Knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and basic math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams
