• Process Purchase Order receipts, Material Transfer Order receipts, and Adjustments in MRP system
• Run daily reports to identify inventory issues (Negative Report, One step, Non-stock, Overflow, and shipping misses)
• Set up physical locations for new stock products and changes on existing products.
• Update part item information in database(s)
• Responsible for FIFO, overflow and non-stock with no orders
• Schedule and perform physical cycle counts of inventory. Reconciles and adjust based on system-generated reports. Root cause analysis.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in reading, writing, and basic math, including fractions and decimals
• Proficient in the use of Computer Applications and Microsoft Office
• Required forklift experience or the ability to obtain forklift certification (training available internal)
