Production Control Director manages the overall strategic and tactical production control planning, scheduling, flow of materials, and monitoring to achieve goals and objectives for delivery dates, output quality, volume, cost, and optimization. Oversees scheduling and the development of methods to allocate and control resources and materials effectively. Being a Production Control Director establishes monitoring tools and processes to identify and plan for problems with waste, inefficiencies, and inventory in production operations. Recommends improvements to production technology and processes. Additionally, Production Control Director collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective planning methodologies and best practices. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Production Control Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Production Control Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     We are hiring Mechanical assemblers of Capital Equipment and machines.

    Our team is interested in working with individuals who possess varying degrees of experience.

    Mechanical Skills:

    • Skill in the use of tools, materials, and equipment used in the plumbing trade.
    • Plumbing experience in but not limited to flowing items.
    • Pneumatic tubing
    • Hydraulic tubing (bending & flaring)
    • Black pipe (threading and assembling leak tight)
    • Silver soldering (preferable, not required)
    • Pneumatics

    Desirable Attributes:

    • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions and to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and diagrams
    • Accurately complete all documentation required.
    • Provides input and support documenting print changes as needed.
    • Work closely with engineering, technicians, and sales teams in coordination of information to assure schedules and budgets are met.
    • Provide daily feedback to Supervisor regarding status of projects.
    • Perform assigned duties and conduct themselves in a professional manner in accordance with company required safety practices and procedures.
