We are seeking a talented and experienced Producer to join our team. As a Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process from start to finish, ensuring the successful completion of projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment.

TATPM, is a startup business and Podcast Production Company. It's _ a private female-owned podcast studio in Dallas, Texas. It is an ambience driven space, with a focal point of curating a media company that is warm, inviting and aesthetically pleasing. TATPM alleviates the strenuous complexity that often comes with producing a podcast by providing a Top-Notch Experience with Grade A level equipment, which includes but is not limited to a 4k Camera, High-Quality Mic, 3 Aesthetically Pleasing Sound Proof Rooms, and a Producer at your disposal. We make podcasting a one-stop shop for those struggling to navigate a space alone. From business owners to influencers and everyday people, we welcome all by providing an undemanding service that is straight to the Point. _

Responsibilities:
- Assist members and clients to their podcast recording room
- Operate high level cameras, Rode Mics and Mixcasters for the production of Podcast
- Manage members and engage with them
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative ideas
- Coordinate pre-production logistics, and scheduling
- Oversee production recordings, ensuring all necessary equipment and personnel are in place
- Assist with post-production tasks such as video editing and sound mixing, and exporting audio and visual.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Producer or similar role in particular to for a Podcast space.

- Proficiency in OBS Studio and Audio Recording Systems such as Rode, and Mixcast.
- Strong Video Recording Skills, with Sony and Canon Camera
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly adobe premiere pro.
- Knowledge of post-production processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Background in journalism or related field is a plus
