Reviews and supports equipment failure analysis and troubleshooting resolutions. Additionally, Production Maintenance Supervisor trains, coaches, and educates workers in best practices and safety procedures. Monitors work orders to ensure accuracy and quality. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager.
