OK2 is hiring the following positions:

· Plumber – Licensed Master

· Plumber – Licensed Journeyman

· Electrician – Licensed Journeyman

· Superintendent – Working Superintendent with Carpentry Background

· Carpenter – Journeyman Level

· Painters

· Other Candidates with experience in concrete finishing, minor earthwork or HVAC are desired as well.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear when necessary
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter or similar role
- Solid knowledge of painting techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications
- Familiarity with building materials and their properties
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Excellent color vision and understanding of color theory
- Basic carpentry skills for minor repairs or preparation work
- Experience with airless paint spraying is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
