Production Painter operates a spray painter or other equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or products. Mixes paints and other solutions and monitors drying to ensure desired results. Being a Production Painter completes finishing with baking, polishing or other materials. Follows all required safety procedures. Additionally, Production Painter may paint items by hand as needed. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to supervisor/manager. May require an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. The Production Painter possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Currently, we are conducting paid working interviews. What does that mean? We, the owners, sit down and have a conversation about your experience. Of course, there are minimum requirements before we can even consider your application:
· Valid driver’s license (We supply the vans and gas, but you need to be able to drive legally and have a clean record)
· Can you show up on time every day? We are a busy company and need you here every day.
· Do you have an open mind when it comes to learning techniques despite your experience?
· Are you detail oriented?
