We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Print Production Scheduler to join our dedicated team in a leading Direct Mail company. As a Print Production Scheduler, you will play a vital role in coordination and optimizing the production of direct mail materials. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient scheduling of print jobs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for all print jobs, considering deadlines, production capacity, and resource availability
• Coordinate with procurement to establish production timelines and communicate project milestones
• Collaborate with the agency team to understand campaign requirements and printing specifications
• Manage and allocate resources efficiently to meet production demands
• Facilitate clear and open communication between internal teams and the agency
• Maintain accurate records of print specifications, schedules, and agency communications
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Printing Management, a related field, or equivalent years of practical experience
• Proven experience in print scheduling and coordination, preferably in a direct mail environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with printing technologies and processes
• 5 years scheduling experience including knowledge of offset printing (web, sheet-fed) inline finishing operations; litho, flexo and digital printing processes. Four-color variable inkjet experience, a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
