The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing production schedules, ensuring resource allocation efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations. General Duties: • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization. • Utilize production planning and ERP software to manage and track manufacturing processes. • Work closely with various departments, such as procurement, manufacturing, and logistics, to coordinate activities and ensure smooth production workflows. • Adjust production plans in response to changes in demand, resource availability, or unforeseen disruptions in the production process. • Contribute to ongoing efforts for process improvement, identifying areas where efficiency and productivity can be enhanced. • Assist in the management of raw material and finished goods inventories. • Requesting the purchase of raw materials and other items necessary for the completion of production orders and operation of the department. • Maintain accurate records of production plans, schedules, and any adjustments made for reference and analysis. • Assist Quality Systems Manager with internal audits of the QMS and EMS. • Complete Production Reports for customers as needed. • Other related duties assigned by management. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field preferred • 1-2 years of experience in production planning or similar role • Knowledge of manufacturing and manufacturing concepts. • Proficient with basic computer skills and general office software (Microsoft Office, etc). • Experience with ERP software; SAP experience a plus • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines • Strong organizational skills • Effective communication skill
