Production Scheduler Manager manages the development, preparation, and maintenance of production schedules to guide the production activities and resources that achieve maximum efficiency and meet output and timeline objectives. Collaborates with internal teams to assess and incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules. Being a Production Scheduler Manager monitors production progress and develops revised scheduling responsive to changes in the flow of materials, designs, equipment, or other resources. Utilizes ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules. Additionally, Production Scheduler Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Production Scheduler Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Job Purpose
We are actively seeking an efficient Production Manager to join our growing team. The Production Manager/Scheduler plans and prepares production schedules and processes for the Business Center. The Production Manager will coordinate daily Work-in-progress (WIP) meetings to ensure efficient workflow.
What we expect of you:
Overseeing the overall efficiency/production, quality and safety of the printing department
Managing production schedules and fulfilling orders in a timely manner
Communicating effectively with the center owner and staff regarding matters specific to print production and order fulfillment
Supervising print production department
Ensuring maintenance of equipment and work environment is performed as scheduled
Performing routine inventory counts of all print stock, raw materials and supplies
Other duties as assigned by the center manager or owner.

What you'll need to be successful:
High School Diploma or Equivalent with demonstrated work experience and knowledge (required)
Bachelor's Degree or 5 years Industry Experience (preferred)
Ability to accept direction and feedback
Ability to communicate and train effectively
Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving and time management skills
Proficiency in design and print software and printer hardware.
Ability to hire, train and mentor print production staff
