Production Scheduler Manager manages the development, preparation, and maintenance of production schedules to guide the production activities and resources that achieve maximum efficiency and meet output and timeline objectives. Collaborates with internal teams to assess and incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules. Being a Production Scheduler Manager monitors production progress and develops revised scheduling responsive to changes in the flow of materials, designs, equipment, or other resources. Utilizes ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules. Additionally, Production Scheduler Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Production Scheduler Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Job Description
LaunchTech is currently searching for a Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) Scheduler to support the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) in Monterey, CA.
This position will be responsible for ensuring schedule adherence, scheduling records, and following the provided DLIFLC testing regulation protocols with the full capacity to schedule up to 8,000 examinees through one year after training.
To successfully fill this position, you must have high attention to detail, currently possess computer skills, and have the ability to pass a DoD background check and obtain a security clearance.
