Production Scheduler Supervisor jobs in Anderson, SC

MISSION:

• Promote safety culture in its area of responsibilities.
• Ensure that production planning team are organised and driven to meet business requirements.
• Creating, maintaining, and updating production schedules.
• Ensuring that the production schedules and deadlines are met.
• Preparing and presenting production reports.
• Coordinating with the Master Production Scheduler and Material Planners to plan production schedules.

• Performance Indicators
• Achieving daily production targets.
• Adherence to schedule,
• Maintain min/max levels for WIP.
• Maintain semi-finished goods level at all defined PO locations

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Ensure that safety policies are understood and respected within his area of responsibilities.

Before SOP, during the project phase

• Adhere to, and maintain trial schedule for new tooling, engineering changes, and paint development.

Weekly / Daily, - Production Scheduling

• Creating and maintaining daily production schedules for Injection, paint, serial production, service production.
• Maintain semi-finished stock levels of all locations and production areas. (WIP, Shop Stock, Off site demand locations)
• Identifying problems and provide quick responses to production issues.
• Ensuring that the production schedules and deadlines are met.
• Cycle counts of before and after paint production storage areas.
• Meets daily with cross-functional team (Production Meetings) to resolve delayed customer shipments, components/parts/semi-finished shortages, overtime, priorities, and identified problems.
• Internal customer service liaison supporting all scheduling and production related issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,442.40 - $75,000.00 per year
