This is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional, looking for the next step in their career. The shift for this position is Friday - Monday from 1 : 00 pm - 11 : 00 pm.

As a production supervisor you will be responsible for :

• Helpingmanufacturing staff achieve company goals by communicating expectations,planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results
• Enforcingcompany policies and guidelines
• Recruiting,hiring, and training employees
• Assistingworkers by offering personal growth opportunities
• Implementingcost-saving strategies and techniques
• Ensuringthat production plans are completed by a certain time
• Contactingappropriate sources for repair issues
• Resolvingissues and disputes between manufacturing employees
• Creatingand maintaining professional schedules
• Communicatingwith and assists other manufacturing departments as needed
• Evaluatingthe condition of production equipment
• Maintaining safe and clean workenvironment
• Maintaining compliance withestablished policies and procedures
• Compilingand analyzing production records
• Maintainingquality product by enforcing established production standards

• Previoussupervisory experience
• CNC machiningexperience
• Theability to head a team successfully and resolve issues relating to personnel quicklyand efficiently
• Exceptionalorganizational and time management skills
• Excellentcoaching and communication skills
• Knowledgeof production planning processes
• Comfortableworking in a manufacturing environment
• Ableto deal with complex issues in a manufacturing setting

Required skills to have for thesuccess of this role

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalentexperience
• Minimum of 5-8 years supervisoryexperience in manufacturing environment
