A leading innovator in valve machining and assembly operations is on the lookout for a Production Supervisor to spearhead its manufacturing endeavors in Exton, PA.

Key Responsibilities : -Uphold a secure working environment, aligning with OSHA standards, ensuring all personnel adhere to safety protocols and utilize protective gear effectively.

• Oversee the production schedule, delegating tasks among production personnel to meet objectives in machining and assembly processes.
• Drive efficiency in equipment utilization for part machining, while coordinating lean manufacturing initiatives across the production floor.
• Liaise with various departments, including production planning and inventory control, to ensure the smooth execution of work orders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular performance reviews, coaching, and cross-training of manufacturing staff.
• Facilitate quality assurance, maintaining adherence to ISO 9001 standards and managing the Non-Conforming Report (NCR) system to ensure quality benchmarks are met.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of industry standards and practices.Qualifications : -An associate degree or higher in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience in a machining or manufacturing setting.-In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
• At least 2 years of experience in planning / scheduling with ERP systems.-Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid mathematical skills, capable of addressing complex arithmetic and geometry issues.
