Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring that production targets are met. Your role will involve supervising a team of production workers, monitoring quality control, and implementing efficient production methods.

Duties:

- Keeping a strong presence and managing all operations and people on the production floor
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards
- Train and mentor new employees on production procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
- Implement and enforce safety guidelines to create a safe working environment
- Analyze production data and implement strategies for improvement
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the production process to Operations Manager.

Skills:

- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong people management skills

- Track KPI and identify problems and solutions.

- Proven record in training employees about safety and production

- A working knowledge of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Occupational Safety and Health

- Ability to coach and motivate employees.

- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Proficient in using hand tools for assembly tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
