May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Production Team Leader typically reports to a manager or supervisor. To be a Production Team Leader typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. May be entry level if some experience in the skill. We are a small family owned business in South Lake Tahoe which sells our freshly made products to regional retailers and around Lake Tahoe. This job is seasonal - May through September. Monday - Friday, no weekends.
Essential Duties:
- Packaging and storing popsicles
- Prepping fresh fruit and other ingredients
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
- Ability to complete daily, weekly and monthly sanitation procedures
- Washing dishes & utensils
- Assists and works collaboratively with Production Supervisors
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Transportation to and from work
- California Food Handler's Card
- Experience with food handling preferred but not required
- English language proficiency

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
